We wanted our coffee to taste like it did at the coffee shop: pure, simple and delicious. A coffee shop doesn’t pack their coffees with all the junk that’s usually found in packaged coffee drinks, so we decided that we wouldn’t either.
However, packaged coffee drinks traditionally have a short shelf life without all that extra processing, additives, and preservatives. And since adding a bunch of artificial ingredients was a compromise we were unwilling to make, we spent two years developing a patent-pending method that achieves 12-month shelf stability with what we call “Process Purity.” This proprietary process ensures we brew a stable cold press coffee with nothing added: no additives, no preservatives, no stabilizers, no flavor-altering pasteurization of any kind before, during or after the brew. Absolutely nothing artificial…in a process that never sees heat.
It’s pure cold press coffee, and nothing less. The way it was meant to be.
